This work deals with the attention to diversity relating to restrictions on the mobility of students. From a practical, inclusive and focused on the inclusive paradigm determines a contextual needs must be met in school in a dialectical way, global, and trans-contextual. The creation of an open school will only be possible with the support and contribution of the entire educational community and society in general from each of their areas of responsibility.
